i have an '86 528e and was thinking of changing thrust arms and lower control arms myself, is it an act of Congress for a do it your selfer ?

i did my first one in about an hour and a half,following the steps in the Bentley as i went. it was before i had discovered this forum. it was a great feeling. the front suspension is considered a weak point on e-28s. maybe so, but you can change the components in your driveway using basic handtools. the whole experience was a positive one for me. have fun
