I went almost all out on lighting for my E23, and it was worth every penny. For fogs I run rectangular Cibie Cesar 175, yellow lens. They're pretty big, but I haven't run into anything else that's built as well as they are, nor puts out as good a beam as they do. As for durability, they've been hit by all sorts of things at speeds that would kill any regular lamp. Now, they're at 55 watts, and if I was going to keep my car I'd set up relays so they would run 100w. I prefer the yellow lens, it cuts down on glare. If you're serious I'd first start with an e-code headlight conversion.
If you want excellent lighting, skip over the Hellas, go for Cibie or Marchal (if you can find them).

visit www.talbotco.com or www.seriousauto.com for the full Cibie line
