the grape is getting loud. went underneath to diagnose situation. a US made standard 6" round x 22" long looks like 2" id inlet look like a muff offa a big 3 made car. i'd love to just replace it with same. car is a beater,runs great, but a beater nonetheless. any ideas? TIA


 thanks demet, exact dupe of muff was arvin p/n 151024 @ 39.99 at a local indie parts place. counter guy was a breath of fresh air compared to average key board jockey. ill just sawzall off the bad one and mig weld in the new one after i weld on the tail pipe. shade tree meets midas :) thanks again, but a shot in the dark paid off in the interrim.
