OBC Code Function..... Horn Does Not Honk??? (archive)

When I enter a code into the OBC and I try to start the car three times, I hear a clicking but the horn does not sound... I was wondering if this has to do with a fuse or relay that can easily replaced? Its not a big deal but I would like to fix it. Thanks for your help..... Tom 86 528e
