I used a paper clip end in the hole to pull it out slightly, so I could pry it with something else.

I've read several posts referring to the calibrating screw on the left hand corner of the OBC. How does remove the cover to the screw without damaging the faceplate of the OBC? I've tried sticking a needle in the tiny hole and trying to pull it out. Maybe I'm not trying hard enough or is there a trick to this?
