How many miles are on the car? How about on the clutch? I have heard of this problem, in fact experienced it myself. I thought that the clutch was going. Turned out that it was only oil getting on the flywheel, after leaking from the rear engine main seal. Don't ask me how it got there, but that is what happened to me. I replaced my flywheel, with a lightened unit, M5 clutch and pressure plate and also the rear engine seals. Haven't had the problem since.
