It's also a few notches down in quality!
Since MB merged with Chrysler, there has been an unprecidented amout of recalls and quality issues with MB, the ML's have been horendious, the S Class has been recalled, and the new C Class has been recalled 3 times already. At least the CLK's are based on the old C class and the E's are pre Chrysler!
