Let me start this over. Just got my emission test and fail the NO at 25mph, 15mph all pass. The limit is 1121 and my reading 2340, HC limit 157 reading 148(pass), CO% limit 1.00 reading .56(pass). What can I do or what cause the high NO? Emission station say I need a new catalytic converter.
