Assuming the other components are OK and you don't have any false air leaks, it could be a bad 3-Way converter.

Try adding at least 4 cans of Fuel Line Drier ("Dry Gas") to 1/4 tank of fuel, drive the car 20 miles, and retest. It might squeek through.

Just got back from getting emission test. 15 mph pass with flying colors but 25mph that's another story.

25 MPH

The acceptable NO for 25 mph is 1121 and my read 2340. HC and CO% What the probable cause and what can I do?
