Heater blower went kaput the day of the biggest snowstorm in Philly in two years. Replaced all relevant fuses to be sure. Nada. Pulled the blower motor. No juice. Where do I start checking? I have a Bentley manual, but I'm not great at reading those electrical diagrams. Any ideas would be appreciated.

in fading daylight a couple of weeks ago, i revived the b/m on the grape 86 528e. i 1st ran test leads to th motor from the battery. motor worked fine. thats a pita but it worked. next refinement was the revelation that the speed switch handles the ground and with just the hot lead jumpered ,the switch worked. that will suffice until spring :)
