Rear subframe bushings, where to purchase? (archive)

I'm going to be replacing the rear subframe bushings in my '86 528e in the near future. Aside from simply ordering stock parts from the local dealer, what are my options? Are there M5 (or some other model) upgrade bushings or aftermarket polyurethane available that are worth using? How much should I expect to pay for stock replacement, M5 upgrade, or aftermarket polyurethane parts? Any info appreciated...
