I'm doing the same to my 533i. I already balcked out all the trimming and I have the front spoiler, but here is the list of what you need.

-complete engine w/ecu & wirng harness
-trans w/ drive shaft, but if you have a 5 speed yours will work
-3.91 LSD diff
-rear sway bar
-misc suspension parts
-radiator
-rims
-black trimming & bumpers
-front & rear spoiler
-heated mirrors that are black as same as the paint
-heated seats
-M badges on the front grill, trunck, & front seats
-gage console w/ M badge on it
-8000 rpm tach

I think I got everything, let me know if I missed something, you can check mine out www.geocities.com/djrica/bmw.htm

Your car looks great. I saw one very similar to yours going north on the 101 freeway in Marin near Sausalito in last week...same E34 rims and that funky spoiler. It did have the M5 badge on the back though so I guess it wasn't yours.
