I know of one scorce. It is BMP design. All you have to do is swich the shift knob insert(the peice that has the shift pattern on it) Just pry it off with a flat head screwdriver. If you have the anatomic shift knob then the process is different, and BMP design does not have the part. Here is a link to BMP design. Get the free catolog.(it is worth the wait)
