It sounds great when all speakers are working. The left rear and left front kick panel speaker on my "is" are getting power just not enough to put any sound thru them. I think there is an amp problem. I like having the tweeters in the doors. I will eventually upgrade too as you did.


Even though I jump on the bandwagon 2yrs ago and bought aftermarket sound system for my e28, in everyone's opinion how does BMW 'premium sound system' new or old rank with brands like Infinity, Alpine, poineer, Kenwood, Blaupunkt, etc.
I am just curious to see what you people think, it seems to me from what I've heard so far that its actually pretty damn good for an OE!
