There are microswitches in the door. You probably broke it. Remove the door interior. I found some microswitches at the scrap yard. I bet they are expensive at the dealer.

As far as the trunk lock is concerned, remove the rear trunk interior. It is held on by three plastic fasteners. Use a dime or quarter to open them. They break easily so be careful.

The trunk locking mechanism is secured by three 10mm bolts in the trunk, one is easy to see, the other two are submerged in the support structure somewhat. Poke around in there. You'll fine them. The mechanism slides up and down slots so you may have to readjust it.
