You have to remove the lower door panel (all you need is a screwdriver and about 10 minutes).

Once the panel is removed - grab the channelling up top and simply PULL it all out!

Once the channel is removed - use silicone spray lubricant and slowly push the new channel down into the door. Start with the 90 degree corner for correct alignment - and work slowly.

I plugged in the window switch and used the up and down movement of the glass to "tug" the channel into the door - pushing with my other hand each time I lowered the window an inch at a time or so.
If you're not careful - the channel will get off center toward the bottom of the metal rail/channel- so keep an eye on it inside the door (that's why you remove the door panel -simply to gain visual access down there!.

Takes a total of 45-60 minutes per door. I did one each day in the parking lot during my lunch hour!
