I talked to Bob on the phone today about some unrelated things and the shifter question came up. He said it was the M Roadster that was a direct fit/conversion. I checked my parts CD and I'm not sure which model/Yr to enter to check for the part number.

BTW is this really a good alternative to the commercial short shift kits out there???

Help us out here Bob.

Jeff

Jeff;
For a car that is used on the street,the "M" coupe shifter will shorten the throw considerably,not quite as much as the "short shift kits" advertized.
We sell many of both.The "Z" part # I can perhaps give you tomorrow when I'm in the shop,as there's one on my counter.Cost is about $65.
If you're serious about auto-x,or driver's schools,you may want to pick up the whole kit instead,as it will give you an edge.I use the shift kit,as I'm always competitive.
