the pedal cluster Assembly is Broken ... it cracks in two different places on the 5 series... My advice is to take out the pedal cluster and inspect it ... otherwise you will be going through Clutch masters like nothing ... I had this problem with my M5 and it is impossible to see unless you remove the cluster.
