You don't need to cut anything.... you just drill holes in the shocks and drain the fluid. Then you compress the shocks, drill a hole and put in a screw/bolt. And that is it..

Does anybody know of a write up on liposuctioned bumpers? I was looking at the rig today and determining how much meat to cut off the tubes. If someone has done this, would you be so kind as to give us some pointers?
