They should depends on the depth!
I've had Kenwood and JBL 4' components up front as well until I decided to go with 4x6 Pioneer and Fosgate tweeters.

I was looking to upgrade my speakers up front in my '82 528, and I was wondering if anyone has done this, or knows if it would work. I was looking to put some Fosgate 4" components up front, and was wondering if the woofer would fit in the 4"x6" enclosure in the kick panels. Thanks in advance.
