The differential speed sensor is on the right rear of the differential.

Go to the diff and pull out the diff speed sensor. It is located on the rear cover and has an electrical connector going into it. It the electrical connector is loose then you will not get any reading at the speedo. Also you sensor could have gone bad. Check those 2 things.
