has 325,000 miles and the engine does not really burn any oil. I keep it halfway between the full and add marks on the dipstick as I found that if at the full mark (like many engines) the first ½ qt. goes away in a few hundred miles. Guess you have a 528 if you changed the timing belt. Still have the orginal timing chain on mine.
