Nice pics Doug! I didn't look like there was much snow on the ice this year. Which means less traction. It looks like the weather help up great, of course it was pretty cloudy and overcast down here in Denver. I hope to make it next year.

'88 535is
'85 M535i

The Rocky Mountain Chapter BMW CCA had its annual Ice Gymkhana on Saturday. NINE five-series BMWs were there with FIVE E28s. I think four of the five E28s were 535iss. The other was a 535i. My TRXs did not do so well on the slick ice.

This is my car next to Tim's E39 M5. I had a chance to drive it on the ice and on the frontage road near the lake. It is one sweet car. Reminds me of my '95 M3, but with more power and great exhaust note. Very tight suspension. Sure hope that lottery comes through...
