Is there any way to disable the fast signal blinker when your bulb isn't in?????? It is getting really annoying how it blinks so fast and the other side is slow

It's not that hard to change.But,if you have no spares,steal one of the back-up lite bulbs,which are the same in the rear,and stop the fast blinking by using the signals properly.You can live with one back-up lite bulb for a bit.
