Once I put my chip in the car. Does it have to be sent back to the company to reprogram it or what ever they do? I have a light flywheel, planning for stahl headrs, 3.73 diff and maybe a 282 caam. They say that it helps. But does it really?

Yes,Josh,it does help really.Should be one of the first things you do.AND make sure you use an aftermarket kit,or at least use Loc-tite on the crank pully bolts,or the pulley will take off above 6500rpm,and take half the engine with it.
