Under hard acceleration I hear a knocking noise. (archive)

Only in first and second gears, under hard acceleration, I hear a knocking coming from the front of the car. I just had the motor mounts replaced, 6 months ago. So I don't think that that is the problem. Could be wrong. But, does anyone else have any ideas? I'm all ears.
I thought I was going to die today when I couldn't get on this site.
