Only in first and second gears, under hard acceleration, I hear a knocking coming from the front of the car. I just had the motor mounts replaced, 6 months ago. So I don't think that that is the problem. Could be wrong. But, does anyone else have any ideas? I'm all ears.
I thought I was going to die today when I couldn't get on this site.

It happens to me occassionally. It's usually the odd slow pedestrian banging on the front grill trying to get my attention :)
