I've got a new head, plugs, rotor, air filter. I've cleaned the throttle body, the idle control valve, replaced the throttle gasket and checked all intake hoses for leakage. The valves are excellent and well adjusted. The idle is still a bit rough. I'm thinking of replacing the O2 sensor next, or maybe the idle control valve, or the speed sensor. Acceleration is excellent and when running on freeways runs excellent. Any ideas where to start?

You may also have a problem with the air flow meter, is that sticking or oily inside. Also check the potentiometer contacts by measuring the resistance as you manually open the damper. This can be cleaned by opening up the unit(not easy) and using either pencil eraser or contact cleaner.
