Both have correct offsets and very little should be needed to be trimmed/rolled off the fenders.
Euro headlight conversion is about $750 NEW, complete with every nut and bolt, from Maximillian Importing company. You can get lucky finding some used. You will want to change your fuse box wiring over to "euro" so that you don't need to run both filaments in the lows beam bulb. Please note, you can fit the USA plugs and use both filaments in the low beam bulb, but you will either need to modify the euro lamp weather caps or not use them at all and plug directly to the back of the bulb (but this is the cheap/easy way out - you WANT to go "full euro").
If you have any questions about that, email me privately or check out Rob Anderson's tech page in a few weeks when he updates it with the Lighting article along with complete information from an Electrical Engineer about wattage, fuses, and other issues to deal with. We will have a complete how-to and different options of upgraded lighting. Check back later.
