I had the same problem. Couple of Home depot $1 clamps that hold the spoiler up to the valance worked just fine and you can't see the claps.

The front spoiler on my 535is is sagging from the PO hitting the concrete stop blocks at his office too many times. How hard is this to fix? WIll I have to make new brackets?
