the first place that i would start is by checking the fluid...
then check to make sure that the carrier bearing and u-joints on your driveshaft are ok... sometimes a bad u-joint or carrier bearing will make or cause funny things to happen at only certain speeds...
if everything appears to be ok, i have no idea.
