Caster & camber settings not readily adjustable w/stock suspension parts. They are dependant on suspension component condition and/or ride height. Worn bushings or bent lower control arm may be the cause. If this part hasn't been replaced, it might be worth considering as a potential cure. Seen them on Ebay for $65 for the pair. Don't know what effect worn or bent thrust (upper control) arms have on caster.

Alternatively, or in addition, the installation of aftermarket adjustable upper strut mounts may allow correction of the problem.
