New belt installed, tensioner loose as per Bentley - When rotating the crank hub 720 degrees the camshaft alighnment marks come up about 1 tooth out of phase. There seemed a little slack at the right side of the crank (the belt was almost rubbing the housing). I repositioned as per the Bentley and the tension came up better(taken up by the tensioner) but it seems there is still a 1 tooth phase problem when rotating 720 degrees. It's not a large variance, however, I'm concerned that any variance may be enough to cause serious problems - any input?
