unless your wheels are bent it sounds like control arm bushings.Especially the fact that it does it at 40-70mph. The stock ones are notorious for lasting only 10-15000 miles. You cant really sense the play in them in the car ( not in the bushings at least). Replace them with 750iL bushings or urethane
