Aren't the rear brakes on the same circuit? Could a failed master cylinder affect one rear brake and not the other?

1. Which light is this? The brake lining light?

2. Turn the car off and see if you have power assist on the brakes for 6-8 applications of the brake pedal. If the brakes tense up after only a few applications, you need a brake bomb.

3. Pulling to the right can be a lot of things, like a bad tire, worn suspention, etc., but since the right rear wheel is not braking that well, I'd think it would want to pull to the left (?).

More questions than answers...
