will the e34 m30 engine fit in a 535i? (archive)

I was wondering if the m30 from a e34 will fit into my car? I got a real good deal on one. And if it will I think I may use it. If anyone has ever done this let me know if it fit, what changes had to be made, how much it cost and all that stuff. thanks that would be helpful
