The best way to test for fuel is to jump the main relay, this is done by a special loop that you can make. Then you shouldn't have to jump the fuel pump relay, but you might have to. This is also easily done by a special jumper wire. After you have done both of these, then you should hear the pumps running and you will also hear the fuel running through the fuel pressure regulator. There is no need to undo any of the fuel lines. Contact me privately if you need a description on how to jump the relays. I do not like to publicly post this info because it makes stealing E28s very easy.
