I am trying to install a 533 engine in a 528 body (archive)

I know both are e28 body, the good is my 533i is done there is any thing in a good condition in my car but the engine and differential. the manual transmition needs to be repaired or replased the sincron*&%& what ever. purchese a 1986 528e auto beutifull shape original pain but is white mine is black.any way my question is am swapping engine,transmition,diferential,computer,wire harness,brakes. the master cylinder or the brake system is total diferent. 533 has hidraulic and 528 powerbooster. what should i do? keep it own system or swapped too.
