Don't forget the two screws under the metal trim peice that hold the rear of the interior panel in place. You'll be able to see these two screws after you remove the metal trim peice with all the screws in it. These two screws and the visor mounts, along with the flap under the metal trim peice are what holds the ceiling panel in.
