.....in shame (lol)

But I didn't think they'd wear this quick!!!!

Still you don't you think the wheels look good?

i remember going back and forth with ou on this a yeae and a half ago!
glad to see you finally agree!
there is just nothing good about trx.
they wear so fast, it doesn't take long for the 16 inch wheels to pay for themselves. 30,000 miles or so.
put the trx in the attic, although once you get some nice alpinas, i doubt the trx will ever sully your car again!

I held the opinion that I would stick with the TRX's on my M535i mainly because I really like the look of the original wheels on my M535i and in the (mistaken) belief that the TRX's were hard wearing.

I managed to get a freak good deal on some Michelin TRX's a while back....£85 each instead of £145 + 17.5% tax (£170 = about US$255) . I was under the impression that I still had pretty 'new' tyres on my car until whilst washing it just now I discovered to my horror that one of the rears is almost a slick! They've lasted about 16K miles.

I'm going to look out for some nice 16" Alpinas and get some realistically priced tyres!
