I just got 15" wheels from a 97 528, they are 23mm offset and fit fine, except that you need to get hubcentric rings ($3/each for Tire Rack) I foound these used in good shape for $300.

I'm looking for new BMW OEM wheels that will fit a 1987 535iS with stock suspension. I've looked in the current BMW wheel catalog and see several with correct offset for 5-series cars that would look good on the car, but can't be certain of fit, particularly of strut clearance.

I'd like to hear from those that have fit late model wheels to their cars with good results, maybe with just a slight fender adjustment.

Pat
