Are you willing to go to 17" rims? If so the E39 540 and 528 sport package wheels will fit. You will have to use a 5mm spacer on the fronts though. Front: 17"x8", ET20 with 235/45 tires. Rear: 17"x9", ET26 with 255/40 tires. The wheel that I like is the style 32, 15 spoke. One of the guys on our M535i SIG has this combination and I am seriously concidering it myself on my M535i. Also if you go to any BMW dealer, parts counter, they will have a wheel catalog that shows all of this info.

I'm looking for new BMW OEM wheels that will fit a 1987 535iS with stock suspension. I've looked in the current BMW wheel catalog and see several with correct offset for 5-series cars that would look good on the car, but can't be certain of fit, particularly of strut clearance.

I'd like to hear from those that have fit late model wheels to their cars with good results, maybe with just a slight fender adjustment.
