Radio Code wont work.... (archive)

The radio code for my radio wont work, i thought i knew the code and i tried typing it in a couple times and it was the wrong code so i looked in my manual and found the correct code and now i cant get it to work. Any suggestions? I have heard that if you type the wrong code too many times hat it is a security measure and even the correct code wont work, is this true?? Thanks for the help
