....3500 rpm? You'll destroy your drivetrain if you do that often.....not to mention rip the tread off your tyres very quickly.
But seriously, your problem could be so many things. My M535i had a bad hestitation problem once turned out to be the fuel transfer pump.

I will be at about 3500 RPM and let off the clutch and the car will jolt, not smooth while slowing down. This is in my 86 535i. Any ideas. Thanks
