I saw some things in the archives, but not exactly what I'm seeing. The fuel gauge goes to empty, the range on the OBC display shows ----M, range shows 2-3L fuel left if I press the 1 and 1000 buttons on the OBC, but the warning light doesn't come on. I thought maybe it was a bulb/LED issue, but when I fill the tank, it takes maybe 12.75 gallons, and shows 3/4 full. Has anyone one this forum experienced this? I'm thinking it's the sender, since the gauge and OBC seem to agree. I think I read in the archives that they are driven off the same signal, but the warning light is not. Is it possible to re-calibrate? Help?

Do not know how you're gonna do this and feel comforatble about having gas in the car, but you can calibrate the Litres remaining which affects the miles remaining by turning the knob under the cap opposite the date/time adjust button on the OBC. I used a sharp pointed knife to stick into the small hole in the cap to pry it out and made the adjustment right when the low fuel lite came on. 1,5 litres is 5.7 gallons so I got the liters output to bounce between 5.0 and 6.5 and this changed the range. Let us know how this works.
