how to disconnect Euro OE security system (archive)

Hi
My friend in Japan owns 88 Euro M5 with Euro OE security system. This security system has its own key hole just below the regular key hole at the driver side door.
This security system malfuncutions too often and he wants to disconnect it.
Since this system was activated by itself two weeks ago, his M5 cranks but does not start. It seems that this security system cuts signal to ECU.
Can anyone help him how to disconnect the system?
