Just wondering. How muck more HP would this setup yield?

Thanks,
Duke
85 M535i

Much more than just the head is required due to the double overhead cam valve train. The head bolts may have a unique spacing around the bore as well. You'd be better off by acquiring the whole engine and accesories from an M5. Find a 1994 euro M5, it had a 3.8 liter engine with 318 or so horsepower, now that would be so fine in a M535i.
