Does anyone know if they make those "glowing" instrument clusters for e28'?? And if so where can I get one??!!
I'm looking to change the entire dash lights color to blue. (wish me luck)

Can't say I know just what a glowing instrument cluster is, but the orange in yours is done through a piece of colored plastic used as a lens or filter. Maybe you can find a similar blue lens/filter (colored lexan?) and get what you are wanting that way. I would suspect Blue may take a few more watts of power, so you may want to go to brighter bulbs as well.
