My '88 has the same problem, It's described in Table 15a of the Bentley manual as vibration when moving off. These possible causes listed:
incorrect preload of center bearing
center bearing rubber deteriorated or worn
flexible coupling damaged or worn
engine or transmission mounts faulty
front centering guide worn, or driveshaft mounting flanges out of round
universal joints worn or seized
sliding coupling seized
driveshaft misaligned.

Check the archives, I think I turned up something by searching there that referred to balancing weights missing from driveshaft.
