Some of the Euro tuners using the 3.5l engine raise power from 218 to 240-250. They started with the non-cat engine at 218 vs the cat engine at 182. I would expect the increase to be 20-40 hp. You will also probabley get an increase in mileage since there is better breathing for the engine.
